General terms

These general terms govern the use of and access to the website that YOiD Identidad Digital, S.L. (hereinafter YOiD), with registered office at calle Sollube 22, 48993 Getxo (Vizcaya), Spain, Tax ID (NIF) B95992509, registered with the Commercial Registry of Bizkaia: Volume 5921, Folio 144, Sheet BI-75129, makes available to users through the web address: www.yoid.es.

Use of the website by any user implies full acceptance of these terms and criteria, permanently displayed on the site, under the version published and in force at any given time. Users are advised to carefully read the terms and instructions displayed on the website each time they access it, and to reload any content stored in their computer's cache in order to receive fully up-to-date information.

All of the above is without prejudice to the specific terms governing each of the products and services that can be contracted through the website.

Purpose

The website's main purpose is to provide information about YOiD's products and services, enable enquiries, and provide the documentation necessary to integrate the contracted products and/or services.

Terms of use for the user

The user undertakes to make appropriate, correct and lawful use of the website's content and services. Illegal, unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order are strictly prohibited; and in general, any conduct that infringes, encourages or may go against respect for human dignity and the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality or any other personal or social circumstance; against the protection of public health and of consumers and users; or the protection of young people and children. Likewise, any activity aimed at impersonating any person or entity, or at interfering with, breaching, altering or disconnecting the system, servers, networks or content, as well as failing to comply with any connection requirement, is prohibited.

YOiD reserves the right to exclude the user from the service without prior notice and to take whatever measures it deems appropriate at any time, in order to prevent the conduct and activities described above.

Intellectual or industrial property

It is expressly noted that all elements of the website are subject to intellectual or industrial property rights. The content, source code, form, design and denomination of the products, applications, tools, pages, trademarks, trade names, logos and graphics, including copyright, are owned by, have been assigned to, or are licensed to YOiD, and their authorship and exploitation rights, in all their terms and forms, are protected by applicable commercial and criminal law, the infringement of which, apart from any resulting financial liability, constitutes an unlawful or criminal activity.

For this reason, users must refrain from reproducing, adapting, combining, integrating into other applications, arranging or otherwise manipulating or transforming, as well as any form of public communication or distribution, in relation to any content accessible through the website, unless expressly authorized by YOiD. Even in that case, users must refrain from doing so through procedures other than those specified and provided for on the website for users, who may under no circumstances download, print, copy or transfer the content to any medium, altering or modifying the content provided.

YOiD grants no license or authorization of any kind for the use of its industrial and intellectual property rights or any other right or property related to the website itself, the services or the content.

Under no circumstances may it be implied or stated that YOiD authorizes, is involved in, assumes, participates in or in any way supervises the content of the page on which the hyperlink appears, unless expressly authorized.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of any disputes or questions relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Spanish Courts and Tribunals having jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or related to its use. In the case of consumers and users, the jurisdiction and venue applicable under the regulations in force at any given time shall apply.

IP addresses

The website's servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file that allows subsequent processing of the data solely for the purpose of obtaining statistical measurements enabling the number of page views, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of visits, the point of access, etc. to be determined.

Liability

YOiD does not guarantee the user availability, access or continuity of the connection to the website or of the provision of information or any of the various services offered through it. Consequently, YOiD and any potential content provider shall not be liable in the event of service interruptions, delays, malfunctions, and in general, any inconvenience arising from causes beyond YOiD's or the providers' control, or arising from wrongful or negligent conduct by the user, or force majeure. YOiD also does not guarantee the usefulness, achievement of results, or infallibility of the content provided through the website, which is in all cases provided for guidance and information purposes only.

YOiD assumes no liability arising from the user's use of the website's content, and reserves the right to modify, replace, update, renew, block access to, interrupt, suspend temporarily or permanently cancel any service, provision of information or other content, whether in relation to a specific user or in general.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in each case, YOiD does not intervene in, participate in, or assume any warranty in relation to services or products offered by third-party providers accessible through hyperlinks or advertising banners. In any event, it shall proceed to immediately remove any content that could contravene national or international law, morality or public order. YOiD assumes no liability for damage that may be caused to users' equipment by possible computer viruses contracted as a result of browsing the website.
